No.1 because this is the basic form from which the other variants should come from and return to. 

Notice: 1) hand providing moderate squeeze on the shaft, 2) tongue focussing on fellating the frenulum. 

Notice what she’s not doing too-

She’s not going for maximum depth constantly or most of the time. That’s a nice variation, but it’s only the point of nudging through the tighter nobbly part at the back of your mouth that feels so amazing. Just holding it down there may be psychologically arousing when I’m in control and want to make you choke and gasp for air and look up at me plaintively while I carry on anyway, but it doesn’t physically feel particularly special. Tongue on frenulum is what feels special when you’re doing it.

She’s not bobbing up and down at high speed. Speed is not as important as tongue friction on frenulum. If you can manage both near the end, excellent, gold star, but don’t compromise tongue on frenulum for speed. Less haste, more tongue on frenulum. 

And don’t stop until I say so or release you. 

Irrumatio is a totally different matter- the physical feeling comes from bruising the back of your mouth and throat, thanks, and the psychological thrill of being in control of taking pleasure from you. Just keep your teeth out of the way, or else.
